Someone has claim my car to be his/her in Autoshow!
We cannot simply delete any member because an email stating that he/she is an imposter, came to our mailbox. The solution: join Autoshow with the exact car images and confront the imposter. Let the community herself be the judge on who is the REAL owner and who is the imposter.
Compressing images, what is that?
Well, to explain how an image compressor works, we will surely bored you :). Our staff will compress the images for you that are submit by method beside the Join Form. Anyway, we really appreciate if you compress your images first and use the medium JPG compression. Any compression lower than 60% usually result in some bad-clustering-jagged jpegs. We don't want that to happen to your car images, right ?
How do I convert to jpg?
If you do not have a jpg converter, you need to get one for your platform. Go to a search engine, (such as www.google.com etc.) and type in "JPG CONVERTER" and the name of your platform. eg. (Windows 95) and you will find all the freeware...
If you have already had an image processing software such as Adobe® Photoshop for example, you can simply use the Save As... command and choose jpeg type format for the final output.
I've seen my car images displayed in other sites but I have never given the images to them...
If you feel that you are provoke by that kind of action or you feel that you have never given the permission, mail to us ASAP! We do not tolerate that kind of action and we will confront that site because we highly respect your privilege and your rights. But if you feel okay with it or you have already given the permission, well..., the images are in fact yours and we will do nothing to that other site.
In my car's forum, there are some nasty words...
This is why we encourage you to submit your email address correctly. If someone post something about your car, you will be notified by E-mail. You can then check back in this site on what other people say or think about your car. Let's say that this is a service provided by Autoshow for you so that you may guard the public opinion of your car. If you find some inappropriate words on it (racialism, pornographic, nasty words, etc), you can reply the email send to you immediately to autoshow@permaisuri.com to report that ocurrences. Your replied E-mail will be considered as a Report Nasty Words Action. In any way, Autoshow staff will always monitor the content of every public forum in a period of time and will delete any comments that are too nasty in our opinion.
